Felix is an 18-year-old aspiring biologist and educator with a soft spot for social sciences. While pursuing sociology as his major, Felix fell in love with the world of all things arachnid, and discovered that his interest in creating love and tolerance for every being, while originally channeled through an interest in the world of humans, could just as easily be extended to any lesser-loved, non-humanoid creatures. As a transgender man raised in a conservative corner of the Bay Area, Felix has made it his life mission to show all people the love and care they deserve. This culminated in late 2019, when Felix helped create, and was the head facilitator for, the first transgender youth group in Solano County. Felix currently splits his time between working at The Exploratorium as an intern, being the Project Coordinator for the Solano Pride Center, and completing his associates degree in Biology at Solano Community College.
